Privacy
How we handle the personal information you give us through searchinsights.ai. Last updated 11 October 2026.
Search Insights is a service of 121 Group Pty Ltd (ABN 49 152 344 780), Level 7, 222 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). In this policy, "we" and "us" means 121 Group Pty Ltd.
We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask you not to include any in your messages.
We may email you about the request you made. We do not sell your personal information, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We use Google Analytics, Attributable (our own first-party analytics service) and the Meta pixel to measure visits, form submissions and advertising results. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. Visitors in Europe and the United Kingdom are asked for consent before these tools load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. Turnstile processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We also keep a short record of form use by IP address to limit abuse.
We use trusted service providers to run the site and our services, and share only what each needs:
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States and other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We keep personal information only while we need it for the purposes above, including our legal and business record keeping, then delete it or remove anything that identifies you. Free tool results may be kept for up to seven days so a repeat check is quicker.
Information is stored on access-controlled systems hosted in Australia, sent over encrypted connections, and available only to the people who need it to do their work.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Contact us through the contact page, by phone on 1300 121 979, or by post at the address above. We will respond within 30 days.
If you have a privacy complaint, tell us first and we will look into it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
