SEO that answers to enquiries and revenue

We run search programmes for Australian brands and judge them on one thing: what organic search brings in. Rankings matter, but only as a step towards sales and leads.

What the work covers

A search programme only works when the pieces support each other. We run all of them from a single plan.

  • Technical SEO. We check how Google crawls, renders and indexes your site, then fix what gets in the way: broken redirects, slow templates, duplicate pages, missing schema and index bloat. These go first, because content and links cannot do their job on a site Google struggles to read.
  • Keyword strategy. We pull Australian search volumes, match them to what you sell and where you sell it, and score each term on value and how hard it is to win. Every target gets one page, so pages stop competing with each other.
  • On-page and content. Titles, headings, internal links and copy are written against the pages already ranking for each term. New pages and articles start from a brief that names the search they are meant to answer.
  • Local search and your Business Profile. For anyone with a shopfront, clinic or service area, the map results often matter more than the blue links. We manage the categories, listed services, images and updates on your Google Business Profile, help your team ask for reviews, and keep your name, address and phone number the same everywhere it appears.
  • Links and AI visibility. Authority still counts. We place editorial links on vetted sites with real readers, and track how often you are named in AI answers.

How a programme runs

SEO builds on itself, so sequence matters. This is the order we follow, and you see it in writing before work begins.

  • First fortnight: review. A crawl of the site, a look at your backlinks, and a keyword gap against the competitors who take the clicks you want.
  • Month one: the map. Each priority keyword is assigned to a page and ranked by value. You sign off the plan for content and links.
  • Months one and two: fixes. Indexing, speed, schema and title problems are dealt with. Pages sitting just off page one are often the quickest wins.
  • Months two to six: build. New and improved pages go live each month, supported by link placements. Hard commercial terms usually need six to twelve months.
  • Every month: review. Your strategist walks you through sessions, enquiries and revenue, and what changes next.

How we report

Reports come from your own Google Analytics and Search Console, not a tool of ours you have to trust. We show organic sessions, then the enquiries and sales those sessions produced, then what that is worth. Rankings are tracked too, as a leading sign rather than the result.

The person presenting the numbers is the senior strategist who runs your account. If a target is not moving, you hear why and what we are changing.

Questions we get asked

How long before SEO shows results?

Technical fixes and pages already close to page one tend to move early, often inside two months. Harder commercial terms usually need six to twelve months. We tell you which bucket each target sits in before you start.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody controls Google's results, and an agency that promises page one is guessing. We commit to the work, honest forecasts and clear reporting. There is no lock-in either.

What does SEO cost?

Programmes start from $1,000 a month ex GST, with no lock-in contract. Most Australian businesses chasing commercial terms spend $2,000 to $5,500 a month. The [pricing](/pricing/) page explains what moves the number.

What access do you need?

We need access to your analytics, Search Console, the site itself and your Business Profile, plus time with someone who knows your customers well. Nothing on the live site changes without your say-so.

Is local SEO included?

Yes, where it applies. If you serve customers in particular suburbs or cities, Google Business Profile and reviews are part of the plan. With several locations, each one gets its own profile, and its own page where people actually search for it.

Who runs my account?

A senior strategist, every time. The same person who plans the work reviews the numbers with you each month.

Want to know where you stand?

A senior strategist will look at your rankings, links and AI visibility and tell you the three changes that would move the most.
