Publishers

Publisher questions, answered

The short version: send one row per site with a price, we check each one in Ahrefs, and we order by email when a site suits a client.

Before you send

Check your sites against what we buy. Sites that miss the traffic or authority bar, or sit in a banned niche, will be declined, so leaving them off saves everyone time.

Questions we get asked

How do I submit my sites?

Use the form on the [publisher page](/publishers/). Paste a Google Sheet link or upload a CSV, add your contact details, and send. Make sure every site has a price before you submit.

How should my sheet be laid out?

Any layout is fine. We only ask for one row per site, with the site URL and your price for it on that row. Extra columns such as link type, niche or turnaround are welcome.

Which currencies can I quote in?

Quote each site in USD, AUD, GBP or EUR. Keep one currency per row so the price is clear. You do not need to convert anything for us.

Why do you use Ahrefs rather than Moz DA?

We use one tool for every site so each list is judged the same way. Ahrefs gives us both Domain Rating and an estimate of organic traffic, and traffic matters more to us than authority alone. A site with strong Moz DA but weak Ahrefs numbers will usually not pass.

Why was my site declined?

Most declines come down to one of four things: Domain Rating below our bar, organic traffic under 1,000 visits a month, a banned niche, or signs of a link farm such as thin posts and heavy outbound linking. The status page shows which sites were approved. If a site improves, send it again.

Who writes the article?

We do. Every order comes with a finished article written for your audience. It contains one link to our client in the body. Any other sources are listed only in a short Sources section at the end.

Can the article include images and an author box?

Yes. Articles may come with images and an author box. If your site has its own image or formatting rules, note them on your list.

How fast do you need articles published?

Tell us your usual turnaround on your list. We take it into account when choosing sites for a client, so an accurate figure helps your sites get ordered.

How does payment work?

Once the article is live and we have checked the link, send a PayPal invoice for the agreed price. Quote our order reference on the invoice so we can match it straight away.

How do I update my prices?

Send an updated list through the same form. We will use the new prices for future orders.

Can links be removed later?

Links are expected to stay live permanently. We re-check placements after they go live. If a link has been removed or changed to nofollow, we will get in touch.

I manage several sites. Can I send them all?

Yes. Put them all on one list, one row per site. Each site is judged on its own, so one weaker site will not hold back the others.

Do you work with resellers?

We deal with site owners and the people who manage sites for them. Each site is still judged on its own numbers and content.

Do you sell links to other agencies?

No. We buy placements only for our own Australian brand clients. Your sites are not passed on or resold.
