AI visibility

Be the brand AI answers recommend

Plenty of buyers now put their question to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews before they click a link. We work on getting your brand named in those answers, and on showing you where you stand.

What decides who gets named

AI engines put an answer together from sources they can read and trust. Three things make a brand more likely to appear.

  • Clear answers. Pages that state plainly what you do, who it suits, what it costs and how it compares are easier to quote than vague marketing copy.
  • Structured content. Good headings, short sections, FAQs and schema help an engine find the right fact and attribute it to you.
  • Being cited by trusted sources. Engines lean heavily on publications, reviews and reference sites. If those sources mention you, the answer is more likely to mention you too.

How we track it

We build a set of prompts your buyers are likely to ask, grouped by product, service and location. Then we run them across the main engines on a regular schedule and record:

  • Share of voice. How often you are named compared with your competitors.
  • Position and framing. Whether you are the first recommendation, one of several, or a passing mention.
  • Cited sources. Which pages and publications the engine relied on, so we know which sites shape the answer in your category.

That last list is the useful one. It shows which pages of yours need work and which publications are worth earning a mention on.

What we change

The work follows what the tracking finds.

  • Rewrite key pages so they give direct, factual answers near the top.
  • Add FAQs, comparison content and schema where engines are looking for them.
  • Fix technical issues that stop crawlers reading your content.
  • Earn mentions and editorial links on the publications engines already cite in your space.
  • Keep business details consistent across directories and your Google Business Profile.

Why it starts with SEO

AI visibility is not a separate trick. Google's AI Overviews draw on pages that already rank, and other engines use search indexes to find material. A site that is slow, thin or hard to crawl is unlikely to be cited anywhere.

So we treat it as an extension of SEO: the same technical base, the same content standards, measured with an extra lens. Reporting still comes back to the enquiries and sales your own analytics record.

Questions we get asked

Is this the same as GEO?

Yes. Generative engine optimisation, or GEO, is another name for the same work: making your brand visible and cited in AI-generated answers.

Can you guarantee we appear in ChatGPT?

No. Nobody controls what an AI engine says, and answers change often. We can improve the signals engines rely on and measure whether your share of voice moves.

Do I need SEO first?

In most cases, yes. AI answers lean on content that search engines already find and trust. If your site has technical or content gaps, fixing those comes first.

Which engines do you track?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. We run the same prompts across each so the results can be compared.
