01One group, many brands
We have managed ForHealth's paid media since March 2016. The brands include ForHealth Medical, Health & Co, Primary Dental, the Urgent Care Network, Travel Vaccination and Evoca Women's Health, as well as ForHealth Recruitment. Each clinic needs to be found by people searching close to home, and the group also needs to attract GPs.
02Two audiences, kept apart
Patients and doctors search for very different things, so they run as two separate programmes with their own budgets and reporting.
- Patients. Google Ads split by state catchment, covering brand defence and bulk-billing searches, with Google Business Profiles consolidated across clinics and Facebook campaigns aimed straight at patients. Creative goes through AHPRA review before it runs.
- GPs. A national recruitment programme aimed at registered GPs weighing up employers, run with B2B-style campaigns and LinkedIn support, kept in its own ad accounts wherever possible.
Alongside the paid work, the site's SEO was rebuilt. Media is billed at cost on both programmes.
03The numbers
Once the SEO rebuild was in place, organic conversions grew 45%. On the patient side, cost per acquisition fell 58%. Monthly conversions across the whole book doubled.
The doubling is a whole-programme figure, not an SEO-only one. These results describe marketing performance, not patient outcomes. If your clinics need to show up in local search, read about our SEO service.
