01A network that needs to be found carefully
Adora runs one of the biggest fertility networks in the country. Patients come in through several pathways in more than one state, and the marketing has to be handled with the sensitivity fertility care calls for. All creative is reviewed for AHPRA compliance. Adora has been a client since November 2019, renewed month to month for 80 months.
02SEO as the long-running line
SEO started in May 2019, before the wider retainer, and has run continuously since. The work covers:
- keyword optimisation on high-intent searches, for example bulk-billing IVF combined with a suburb or city
- technical health of the site
- visibility against competing clinics
The rest of the programme sits beside it: Google Ads for brand defence and location-based IVF campaigns, patient-education creative on Meta, end-to-end campaigns for Fertility Information Seminars, and campaigns tied to the health calendar, including Fertility Awareness Week, Endometriosis Awareness and IVF Awareness Month. Media is billed at cost with no markup.
03What has moved
On the search side, organic traffic grew 109%, referring domains grew 148% and organic keyword coverage grew 92%.
Across the paid channels, SEM has delivered 7,750+ leads, and the rebuilt patient-education creative lifted paid social leads 225%. Those paid results belong to the wider programme, not to SEO. These figures describe our marketing work only, not patient outcomes.
